Mental Health Resources
In recent years the ability to discuss mental health transparently amoungst women of color has been on the rise. But in some communities specifically communities of color access to information and resources can be hard to find.
In the last 10 years of my life I have been diagnosed with clinical depression, PTSD, PPD and generalized anxiety & panic disorder and have lived with these labels as part of who I am. My goal is to provide women and mothers a space to feel comfortable to share their stories openly and to feel like they are being empowered in their process. This page serves as a resource guide for you to find tips, books, phone numbers, and people to help you at whatever stage or season you are in.
